Really enjoyed our well-appointed and new-fashioned rooms.

Booked a room on the large balcony. Facilities we needed were available: a balcony and a sitting area.

The hotel provided great customer service during our trip. The building is amazing and the rooms are well-appointed with very good AC. The large balcony was a nice touch, and we appreciated the special card and chocolate rose petals. A special thanks to the reasonably good and competent staff.

Super all-inclusive service, very helpful and friendly staff, great entertainment, top modern facilities and very well maintained beach area.

The air conditioners in the interior of the restaurants were much too cool for our condition. But fortunately there was always enough space outside.

I had a great time staying in a beautiful double room with rose petals and a large jacuzzi tub, and the location was perfect, just a short distance from Kantenah Bay.

Everything, so far the best all in hotel we have been to. The service, the food, everything was more than outstanding. The friendliness of the staff was excellent. We will come back.

my recent stay in akumal was absolutely incredible. Unico riviera maya exceeded all of my expectations. from the stunning views to the exceptional service, this adults-only resort truly stands out. the cocktails were unique and delicious, and the lack of cheesy activities made it a relaxing trip.

The room was very clean, well-furnished, and had a beautiful view, including rose petals, and a great location to see Playa Saasil Kantenah.

The room and private bathroom were spacious and had all the essential amenities.

For the value, Unico Hotel offers a beautifully decorated, modern room with upgraded options for a more spacious and private experience. The ocean view from the 2nd/3rd floor suites is incredible. The staff provided outstanding service throughout our stay, especially Gabriel, Alexandra, and Rodrigo.

The room is brand-new and tastefully decorated. Impeccable service and the food is great. It offers parking on site. The location is perfect. An intimate restaurant for lunch is available.

The luxury hotel offers brand-new rooms with a fantastic view of the ocean. Its perfect position in the beach area is close to Indian restaurants, Mexico and Unico, and the activities at Palmera Lounge or Bar Balam.
